ALL NEW QUOTES – please allow up to 48 hours on all new quotes. Most of the time, quotes are given within 6 – 24 hours or less, but sometimes we need a little extra time. Thanks!

Quotes are valid for 3 weeks.
Minimum order: 12 pieces per design
Standard turn-time: 7 – 14 days – actual turn-time will be determined after client approves proof / order specs and payment of deposit has been made. If graphic design services are required to produce print ready artwork, overall turn time may increase. Any changes to an order already being processed may result in production delays.
Rush service: Availability depends on client deadline and our workload at time of order – $35.00 charge.
Print color matching: All print colors will be matched as close as possible using our stock colors unless a pantone color is provided from client. Pantone color matching is $10.00 per color and dependent on availability.
Embroidery color matching: All thread colors will be matched as close as possible using our stock thread colors unless client has chosen a specific color from our thread chart.
Client supplied garments: Due to the nature of the garment decorating processes, blank garments do get damaged from time to time. We are not responsible for the cost of replacing damaged garments that were provided by the client.
Turn time: Varies depending on job and workload. Simple vector conversions and digitizing for embroidery is done within 24 hours. Complex vector conversions can take up to 48 hours. Turn times for all other jobs are determined at time of order. We offer different rates based on client needs, please inquire for a quote.
Turn time: Depends on product and quantity and are determined when quote is given.
Rush service: 10% of order total or 35$ for orders under $350. Available on select items and may incur a rush charge.

ALL OUT OF STATE ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ORDER IS SHIPPED.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE GARMENTS OF A SIMILAR BRAND / STYLE / COLOR WHEN THE CLIENT’S ORIGINAL CHOICE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BEGIN WORK ON ANY ORDER.
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS WILL ACT AS APPROVAL OF BOTH INVOICE AND DIGITAL PROOF EVEN WHEN NO OTHER VERBAL OR WRITTEN APPROVAL HAS BEEN GIVEN.
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL PRODUCTION IS SUBJECT TO PHOTOGRAPHY AND/OR VIDEO DOCUMENTATION BY DIAMOND CUBE PROMO FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADVERTISING AND DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED.
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER. PLEASE EMAIL [email protected] IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER. EXCHANGES ARE ONLY OFFERED ON UNWORN, UNWASHED ORDERS RETURNED IN THEIR ENTIRETY, DEPENDENT ON APPROVAL OF CLAIM.
CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING THEIR LEGAL RIGHT TO USE / RE-PRODUCE THE ARTWORK THEY PROVIDE TO DIAMOND CUBE PROMO FOR PRODUCTION.
ANY AND ALL LEGAL MATTERS THAT MAY ARISE ARE TO BE CONDUCTED IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA.
